Am I having bad side effects and should I quit taking my medicine and go see my doctor? I've been taking Methylprednisolone only today I'm supposed to take 4 a day for two days...however, I'm scared to continue taking the medicine after taking 2 I developed an odd patch rash on my left leg the rash looks kind of like bug bites but with no actual bites on my leg. After a few hours I took my 3rd pill for the day and another patch rash developed just a ways under the other one, I've also been experiencing headeches and occasional light headedness....I don't know what to do shoul i continue to take it until tomorrow or what?

Hello, Alex! How are you? I'm sorry about the problems you're having.

As listed by the FDA, this medication can cause a rash as a side effect, you may also experience nausea, dizziness, headache, fluid retention, acne, weight changes, nervousness and insomnia.

However, it would be best to have the rash checked out, before making a decision whether or not you should continue with the medication.

Is there anything else I can help with?
