what is the real shelf life of testosterone gel in foil packs

Hi eugene,

Information from mims.com indicates that shelf-life for testosterone gel can last 24 months if stored below 25°C.

Each sachet of gel also contains the following excipients: Carbomer 980, isopropyl myristate, 96% ethanol, sodium hydroxide and purified water.

I don't know however if it being in foil packs alters it's shelf-life in any way. I wouldn't take any chances though if it's past the 24 month mark.
