I got hurt serving in Afghanistan so I got medically discharged it was on morphine while I was in the service until I got out now they put me on Vicodin 10 and then they put me on tramadol and it does nothing for me I have done every type of treatment and nothing works how do I get them to just let me have what works

Are you seeing a VA doctor or private physician? That might enable someone to provide you with better ideas, since you weren't specific which doctors you're dealing with.
This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
