Hi Yolie,

I haven't personally taken Nuvigil, but I did find information stating that bruising, severe tingling, numbness, pain, and muscle weakness are just a few of the many side effects. That means there is a chance this medication could be the cause of your pain. I would consult a medical professional and speak with him/her about the issues you are experiencing.
