Headaches are actually listed as a side effect of Sertraline.

If it's becoming too bothersome or severe, I would strongly suggest looking into some natural alternatives or opting for a different medication. You have to keep in mind though that all prescription drugs are going to pose the risk of side effects; so in my opinion, natural is the way to go, depending upon your reasoning for taking Sertraline.
