Seretide Accuhaler

My 86 year old mother has just been prescribed seretide for her chonic obstructive pulonary disease. Yesterday evening, she took a puff and she said it threw her across the room and she was knocked against a kitchen cupboard twice. I cannot find anything that suggest that this would be a side effect of the inhaler. .
