Sensitive Gums From Adderall Xr?

Hello I just started using Adderall XR (5 mg per dayfor 7 days and 5 mg more a week until reaching 20 mg per day) and I have noticed that my gums have begun to be sensitive and even hurt. I have read that some people experience this but there is very little that I could find about it. Supposedly it may be due to dry mouth, though I have used other meds that caused dry mouth and never have I had sensitive gums. I cannot floss my teeth as it hurts too much. And I am only on 10 mg a day at this point. I have rinsed my mouth, as was suggested online, with water and peroxide and I have also now purchased Biotene mouthwash for dry mouth. Has anyone here experienced this as well and if so is it something that will pass with time or is it something that I should worry about? Any and all input will be appreciated. Thank you.

When I had to change brands of Adderall in May I was switched to Teva pill logo B974. At that time I developed burning mouth syndrome. I have suffered with this ever since then. I also experience pain on one side of my teeth and gums. I have bought so many mouthwashes prescription and over the counter. I keep a bottle of the spray by oasis and biotene with me to try and ease the pain. This happened when the brand was changed. I stopped the Teva pill logo B974 for a couple of days and used scrap pieces from another brand and for two days I had at least a 75 percent decrease in the pain. I have been searching through the ingredients to see what fillers that are in them to see what I am possibly allergic to. It has been very painful
