Seloken Xl 50 Mg Vs Telma 40

What is the difference between seloken xl 50 and Telma 40? Can either one be substituted by the other?

They both contain different active ingredients, though they are used to treat the same medication conditions. Seloken is listed as containing Metoprolol, while Telma contains Telmisartan. Thus they are not interchangeable and you should take the one your doctor has recommended.
