Seeking Equivalent For Klor-con M10

Temporarily living in Mexico and have been unable to purchase Klor-Con M10 in several pharmacies. The say they do not have it. What other medications would be an acceptable substitute that might be available here?

Klor-Con is just a potassium supplement that's in an extended release formulation, so you could just try asking for an equivalent product.
