Secnidazole/flagentyl is a pill taken for parasites or other body infections. Just needed to know how long will a person have to deal with side effects from taking this medicine and what are most of the side effects?

I lost the instructions on how to take Secnidal (Secnidazol) 500mg. I was given 8 caplets for 2 days, so I was thinking two in the morning and two at night for 2 days. Would that be correct?

Can secwid (secnidazole) reduce vaginal discharge? I just discovered my vaginal discharge has changed from the clear color to a milky color after taking a single dose of secwid. The drug was recommended by a Dr when I complained of always having sharp abdominal pain. Is there anything to worry about? Or let me put it this way, what are the sexual side effects of secwid?

After taking Secnidazole (Flagentyl) I have been comfortable for about five days now, but now my body is restless to the point where I can't even have a good sleep, my mouth is always dry and I am also feeling some kind of movement within my body. What should I do to get rid of the drug in my system?

I have had lower abdominal pain x. 4 wks have been in hospital for 15 days of testing all negative.

My husband & I are missionaries in West Africa. He just finished a Coartem treatment for malaria on Wednesday but still has diarrhea, fever & pain. Can he take Flagentyl safely now?

I've recently returned from Ecuador and was told to take Prothelmint 2x2 (Albendazol 200 mg & Secnidazol al 94,74%, 1,0556 g)) 2 tablets each. I wasn't feeling bad before taking the tablets, but since I can't slow any food items down even after four days. Any idea how long the bowels will take to return to normal without additional products?

IN THE MORNING FOUND URINATING VERY PAINFUL. HAD INTERCOURSE WITH PARTNER PREVIOUS NIGHT. A DAY LATER NOT SO PAINFUL.
SHOULD I TAKE LAGENTYL 500mg AS SUGGESTED BY MY PARTNER WHO IS A NURSE?
