Schering Plough L149 White Oblong Pill

I have one in a partial small silver cardboard with plastic pill sized cover

Well, a tablet with the marking of L 149 is not made by Scherring Plough, these tablets are made by Perrigo/LNK and they only manufacture over the counter products.

As to which one this is, I can't find any information on that, because OTC products aren't regulated like prescription medications are, so there is no comprehensive database of their imprints.

Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere?

It was found in the U S and it CLEARLY says on the packaging Scherling Plough
