Savella Tingling Sensation

I just started taking Savella a couple of days ago for Fybromyalgia. So far, I haven't noticed any change except for some tingling sensations in my head. Could be the seratonin kicking in. Anyone else notice this? How long will it be before I see a decrease in the pain?

Savella contains the active ingredient Milnaciprin, it is an SNRI used to treat depression and Fibro.

Medications in this class usually take 2 weeks to a month to reach their full effectiveness for most people.

You may also experience side effects such as: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and headache.
