I lived in a cold place since a long time now we have shifted to chennai and here is too hot due to climate change i am suffering from fever,stomach pain,loose motions,vomiting..i have vomited for more than 10 times even if i drink a sip of water it is coming out instantly..please help me what to do??

Hi Samy,

I'm so sorry to hear about what you're dealing with. My guess is that you may be experiencing heat stroke. I would try applying some peppermint oil to your stomach and chest area (be sure to dilute it by mixing it with a type of oil or unscented lotion, I prefer olive or coconut oil). Also, adding a couple drops of the peppermint to some ice cold water should help to cool your body down. You may continue to vomit, but the oil should still be able to get into your blood stream before that happens. Peppermint is an essential oil that is commonly used for nausea and vomiting so it should help. You can purchase Food grade peppermint essential oil from many places online, if you aren't able to find it at a store near you. Just try your best to stay hydrated and cool. If the vomiting doesn't go away by the next day or if it becomes worse, I would seek emergency medical attention.
