Sandoz Omeprazole 20mg

I've been taking this tablet for 2 mnths. Before this I was on Nexium. The last week I feel nauseus, my stomach is burning and the last 2 days I've got terrible headaches. Is this from the medication or is my ulcer just not getting better?

It's hard to say, it could be either option. The medication can cause nausea, dizziness, stomach pain and flatulence as side effects, according to the U.S. FDA.

However, has anything else changed recently? Such as your eating or drinking habits? Are you on any other medications?

Have you informed your doctor?

Hi Verwon. Nothing has changed in my eating habits, I've actually become more concious to what I eat because of the ulcer. I am on a diet pill 'The Secret" but I've been taking it for 3-4 weeks before I started feeling bad. I've been back to my doctor & he's put me back on Nexium and I feel a whole lot beter. No more nausea & pain in stomach. However the headaches still come & go.
