Salazopyrin, Melfen & Methotrexate

I'm taking salazopyrin (5 x 500mg per day) and also metatrexate (20mg once weekly) for psoratic artritis, I've had a bad flair up can I take melfen 400mg with my normal meds

No, both the Melfen and Salazopyrin are anti-inflammatories, so you shouldn't double up, unless your doctor specifically says that it is okay for you to do so. As reported by the U.S. FDA, both can cause increased risks of bleeding and stomach ulceration.
