Has your doctor suggested anything?

It would be especially dangerous for anyone online to try to do so in your case, due to such a severe medical condition and not knowing your medical history and what other medications you may be taking.
Do you have a cardiologist that you see regularly? They should be able to help you find something you can take for it.
