All medications carry the risk of causing side effects, even over the counter products.
Saaz contains the active ingredient Sulfasalazine and its side effects may include nausea, dizziness and a folate deficiency.

And actually, combining it with the Clopidogrel could be somewhat dangerous, because they can both increase the risk of bleeding.
