Synap Forte contains Paracetamol, Propoxyphene, Diphenhydramine and Caffeine, it is used to relieve pain.

Yes, with both the Acetaminophen in it and the Propoxyphene, which is a mild narcotic, it can cause nausea and stomach irritation, as well as possibly ulcerations.
