What are the side effects of synap forte? Could it induce nausea and other gastric upsets?

Synap Forte contains Paracetamol, Propoxyphene, Diphenhydramine and Caffeine, it is used to relieve pain.
Yes, with both the Acetaminophen in it and the Propoxyphene, which is a mild narcotic, it can cause nausea and stomach irritation, as well as possibly ulcerations.
