Sulfamethoxazole with Trimethoprim is an antibiotic, better known by the brand name Bactrim, it is effective at treating various types of infections and is one of the few known to be effective against MRSA.

The side effects to this antibiotic may include nausea, dizziness, diarrhea and fatigue. Approximately 3% of people turn out to be allergic to it and may suffer more severe symptoms, so if you're taking and start showing signs of dehydration and/or get a sudden eruption of hives, then you need to seek medical attention.

I'm on bacatrim for treating cellulitis from a shot I was given does it cause you to be a little dry dehydration?On top of that I have a bad cold.
