The only way to overcome side effects of a pill is to stop taking it. All prescription drugs have some sort of side effect, so if you don't want to cope with them I would suggest looking into natural remedy solutions for whatever your condition may be.

Most natural remedies may not be as strong as prescription drugs and may take longer to work as a result; but in return you are going to have very little, if any side effects whatsoever (given you follow proper instructions on how to take the medicine).

Also to help relieve constipation, be sure to look for certain foods (such as fruit and vegetables) that help ease the digestive tract. Doing this will help keep you hydrated and keep your bowels moving, since fruit and veggies have a high water content. Hope this helps!
