Someone Stole My Script

Can anyone tell me what action I should take in order to have my prescription replaced?

You'll need to report the theft to the police and obtain a copy of the police report of theft to validate it for your doctor.

However, even then, they may not replace it for you.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation.
