Does the usage of SN 15 tablets affect the Kidneys in any way?

Based on my research, SN 15 tablets contain the active ingredient Nimesulide. And from what I've read, this medication has been associated with blood in urine, decreased frequency of urination, as well as kidney failure.

Nimesulide may cause other serious side effects as well, so I think it's important that you contact your doctor if you ever do experience something unusual that is bothersome or severe.
