Was just wondering how effective, what side effects occur and other information on sipralex from patients that are on this drug. I have had problems with effexor and celexa

Cipralex contains the active ingredient Escitalopram, also sold under the brand name Lexapro.

It is an SSRI antidepressant, so the same drug class as Celexa, but different from Effexor, which is an SSNRI.

Some of the most common side effects include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and irritability.
