Side Effects Of Folitrax -10mg & Arava-25 Tabs

I am taking Folitrax- 10mg once in a week. also I am taking Arava-25mg once dailywith Pentocid-5mg. Also I am taking Folovite 02 tablets per week since a year. My anle pain has reduced substantially but swelling prevails. Now on Qtrly check up of CBC, ESR,it was found Hb is coming down and ESR level is going high sometimesas 60. Although SGPT & Ceratimine level are within limit. Is it the side effects of the medicines?

I am suffering from arthritis from last 5 years and I am taking folitrax - 15 mg for last 3 years. Now current SGPT value is 50. May I stopped this medicine.
