i am taking one tablet of telma 40 , can i take Sildenafil Citrate with this any side effect?

Telmisartan is used to help lower blood pressure and, due the mechanism of action of the Sildenafil, combining them can increase the risk of your blood pressure dropping low.

Therefore, the combination should only be used with a doctors approval and supervision.
