Watson Pharmaceuticals now owns Rugby and there are products on the market with the Rugby logo that are prescription and over the counter items.

Since this one is not listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases, I am guessing that it is probably an over the counter product, because those imprints are not required to be logged with the FDA.

You could try contacting them directly, for an identification at 800-272-5525.
