It is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and stomach irritation. I'm sorry, I don't have anything on a tablet with IP 459 on it. Can you please double check the imprint and post back?
