Roxycodone And Opana

I have a urine test at my clinic tomorrow I took some opana today because I ran out of the roxys early. I want to know if the test will show the difference between taking an opana and taking the roxys. I hope I am not in trouble but it wast raining and I was out, I could not walk today and had no other acceptable options.

It really depends on what type of test they do. They are some that just check for the presence of opiates, but there are others that check for the specific ones.

Is this for pain management?

If so, you could also run into a problem if their test looks for certain levels of your prescribed medication. Many doctors do check this, as well. If you have been prescribed a certain amount, at a certain dosing interval, then your levels should fall within a certain range and anything outside of that range can alert them to a possible problem, such as someone selling, or abusing their medications.

If are running out of your prescribed Roxicodone early, then the best thing you can do is inform your doctor.
