I just got my roxy's filled. The pills are new and i can not find any info from users about the effectiveness, side effects and oppinions on them as compared to the m's and 215 I HAVE FOUND THEY ARE MAKING ME SICK TO MY STOMACH. PLEASE PLEASE CHIME IN.

I have round, light blue pills with K-9 on them. Are they the real Roxy 30's or are they fake ones?

My pills don't give euphoria in oxycontin I don't know what to do
And it gets serious when the oxycontin dosent work I hope it will in its duration because if it don't I'd be the pill hit and I want it be true in its way of working

You are wrong about the side effects staying the same. This new pill has a form of plastic coating and beads in it. This plastic type substance can cause a whole host of stomach problems for anyone who has had ulcers and so on. I got my first script of them yesterday. I took one and within 2 hour vomited it back up. If a patient cannot keep the drug down, they will become even sicker from withdrawl due to not being able to keep it in the system. I do not chew them, snort them or shoot them. I take them for chronic pain. Now I am sick from throwing them back up. I had the same problem with Opana ER, they too had some form of plastic type stuff in them that turned to a gel type goo that I would throw back up. I have not been able to keep them down long enough to tell you if they work as well as the OC's. But from what I have read they do not. The plastic type beads do not break down as quickly, and many ppl are taking another pill within 3 hrs thinking the first one isnt working. I think they are going to have a big problem with accidental overdose due to the fact that ppl are doubling up on their dosage to try and get the same effect of pain relief. I will get something new, or ask my doctor to take me off of them. There is no sence taking them if I am going to keep throwing them back up. Im sure not getting any pain relief from it.

have you tried eating a small meal first? the food will help the pill and your stomach settle.

to the Dr PHARMACIST cant be telling people what vitamins orminerals to be taking with a certian drug when you have NO idea what else they are taking, I would say ask ur pharmacist but um NOT ask ur DOCTOR Grapefruit juice interacts in severe ways & can make other meds mess all up! for instance thyriod almost doubles ur dosage.....dangerous 4 sure!

Amen. Taken as prescribed the side effects are going to be the same. They have the exact same ingredients so its the imprint on the pill itself that's making people "think" they have a different effect.Addiction is a sad affliction and it can affect anyone even people who are taking pain meds for legitimate pain. But if it makes you feel better mentally , talk to your Dr and tell him that the imprint on your pain med pill bothers you and see where you get with that......

I have heard the same thing also headaches I read an article that they had been shut down the pharmaceutical place numerous times for not putting in the a mount of opiate that was supposed to be in there and using different buffers and the plant where there made wasn't up to the standards

I know exactly what you are saying. I worked as a paramedic for many yrs and did suffer a back injury and was out of work for 6 wks but I went to physical therapy and was fine without pain meds. Now I'm no longer able to work and disabled and a yr ago I was diagnosed with cirrohsis, celiac disease, and crohns disease I'm on a transplant waiting list don't know how long I've got so instead of staying doped up on pain meds I'm living everyday to the fullest and try to enjoy it and everybody I'm sure is thinking oh she's got cirrohsis and prob a drunk but your wrong I've never drank in my life I was about 30- 40 lbs overweight and was told I had a fatty liver which caused the cirrohsis so until I actually need something to ease my pain ill survive. Wake up people.

Just took my first K9 oxycodone amd I don't really feel any difference between the pills. I think ppl just don't like change and when it comes to ur preferences u would prefer to keep it all the same but all and all its all the same med and really shouldn't have diff side affects for one or the other .

Thank goodness someone on here knows what in the hell they're talking about!! I truly believe some of you are in pain but you use it as an excuse to cover up your addiction. Think about this what if there weren't any narcotic pain relievers then what would you do?!?! Oh you live with the pain or actually go to the therapy your doctor should have recommended. Pain pills kill and destroy beautiful families everyday!!!!

K9 are garbage and I think the big men above are making them cheaper to get pharmacies to buy them. This is a weaning off method. Try to get away from that brand as they are not as effective as others.

I couldn't agree with you more! It's a shame what this country is turning in bunch of cry babies and addicts! These doctors are not doctors they are pill pushers legal drug dealers! People try to get a hold of your life and kick the habit! Yes it's hard and it hurts here and there but it's mainly mentally it's in your head! I live in Florida and was once hooked on these devil blue pills Fl was one of the worst places with pill mills and doctors making millions just on XR!
Try having your doctor prescribe you suboxone which is a life safer but if not properly managed could be worst them oxy's and get your life back! Wish you all good luck

No S*** you don't need that much even if you got cancer its not side effects its your. Body rejecting poison I have been taking opioids for 5 years and used to have a real bad habit. I live in Newark nj so 75 to 90 percent pure roughly and i felt sick all the time your just killing your liver and far beyond the point of feeling any pain you need help man
