In regards to this, to provide anyone with specific information, you would need to post and include the specific medications you are asking about, such as those that you take regularly either over the counter or by prescription.
And with this one, since it is a narcotic that can cause depression of the central nervous system, you need to be very cautious when taking any other medications that may also cause CNS depression, such as other narcotics and Benzodiazepines. Depressing it too far could cause coma or be fatal.
