This Drug was sent to me as a Generic for Lasix, it was marked Furosemide TAB 40MG. But it dosen't look like anything I have taken before. Can someone tell me is it a Generic Lasix?

Yes, this tablet also contains 40mgs of Furosemide, the active ingredient in Lasix, it's just manufactured by a different company.
It is normal for pharmacies to supply generics from different companies, depending on whomever was offering the cheapest price at the time they had to restock their supply. This is how they keep their prices as low as possible for customers that do not have insurance.
