Round Yellow Pill With 4 On One Side And Pms On The Other

I need help identifying a yellow round pill with a "-4-" on one side and "pms" on the other side (I do have a picture).

This tablet is manufactured by Pharmascience Canada, and they list it as containing 4mgs of Hydromorphone, which is a potent narcotic analgesic.

The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth.
