Round White Pill With R On One Side And Dh 30 On The Other

Hi. I have a white round pill with an "R" on front and on the other side "DH" and a line; and underneath the line is "30". Can you please help identify it?

From what I've been able to find, this tablet is from the UK and contains 30mgs of Dihydrocodeine, which is a narcotic pain reliever.

The NIH warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, and constipation.

Is there anything else I can help with?
