picked up my rx and noticed doesn't look the same and no maker or description on label. can u confirm what round white pill with 105 on one side and SG on other. want to know if what I'm suppose to have

This tablet is manufactured by Solco Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 500mgs of Metformin. (NDC 43547-357, among others).

SG 105 metformin

Inactive ingredients:

- Starch, Corn
- Povidone
- Crospovidone
- Magnesium Stearate
- Hypromellose 2910 (6 Mpa.s)
- Polyethylene Glycols

The FDA classifies this medication as an oral antidiabetic medication that is used to help lower and control blood sugar. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, flatulence, stomach pain and hypoglycemia.
