A round white pill marked with U37 is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (300mg) + Codeine phosphate (60mg); commonly used for treating pain or coughing.
For verification, the manufacturer is listed as Aurolife Pharma, LLC and the pill itself carries a National Drug Code of 13107-060.
Hopefully the codeine in this will help alleviate at least some aspects of your friend's opiate withdrawal...
Kratom is another option (OTC) that she may want to investigate for this purpose if need be.
