Round White Pill Citra 50

I found a white round pill that says "Citra" on one side and "50" on the other. I’m thinking it’s Tramadol, but can’t find any images on the web. I mostly see there are some from Mexico that are pink or white but have no imprint. I’m baffled as to what this pill might be.

I’ve never seen Citra use an imprint.
