Round White Pill 4839 A V

What is a round white pill blank one side and other side reads 4839 on top line across and a V on the bottom? I found this in my grand child's pants. Any help identifying this pill would be greatly appreciated.

You are correct to be concerned, these are highly addictive and dangerous to use if you haven't built a tolerance to narcotics, and of course illegal to have or use without a doctor's prescription. Acetaminophen 325 mg Oxycodone 5 mg (NDC 0603-4998 ). Oxycodone /paracetamol , sold under the brand name Percocet among others, is a combination of the opioid oxycodone with paracetamol (acetaminophen ), used to treat moderate to severe pain.
