Round Pink Tablet With White Specks

Found a round pink tablet with white specks with the numbers 44 319 on it. Not sure if it's OTC or prescription med. It also smells like candy. What is this.

I cannot find an exact ID for this, but I can tell you that pills marked with a 44, followed by an additional 3 numbers are all OTC products.

That also explains why I cannot located it, since they are not regulated and the imprints are not logged like prescription medications.

If it smells like candy, then it is probably a chewable tablet, which would suggest that it is possibly a child's dosage.
