I have a little fat round peach colored pill with a line down one side and L and 165 under that on the other side.

I located a round peach colored pill with a score line on one side and the letter "L" over "165" on the other side to be a 0.3mg Clonidine hydrochloride tablet.

Clonidine is most commonly known for its use in treating high blood pressure. However, certain formulations can also reportedly treat ADHD and cancer pain. According to MedlinePlus.gov, Clonidine treats high blood pressure by decreasing your heart rate and relaxing the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily through the body. They go on to state that Clonidine extended-release tablets may treat ADHD by affecting the part of the brain that controls attention and impulsivity.
