Round Pale Yellow Pill C 719

What is a round pale yellow or tan pill marked with C/179? I am trying to identify this pill. Medicare has changed some of my prescriptions and some of them got loose since I recently moved as well.

If so, this tablet is manufactured by Major Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 20mgs of Famotidine, which is a generic for Pepcid. It is most commonly used to treat, or prevent conditions such as heart burn, GERD, ulcers, and gastritis.

Are you on any other medications? Is this one that you normally take?
