I found a pill in our spare room that is approximately the size of a pencil eraser with one side blank and the other side looks like a design of an N or Z. There is no scoring on the pill anywhere.

I have located a Chlorthalidone 50 mg pill that is green, round and imprinted with a Z. The medication (NDC 75834-0110) is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and is prescription only.
