There is a pill with similar markings, it's a round shaped pill, brownish-red with LB on it. This pill is Imipramine 50 mg, which is an antidepressant medication, a tricyclic antidepressant of the dibenzoazepine group. Imipramine is mainly used in the treatment of major depression and enuresis.
