Round Yellow Pill For Sinus Drains. Only Marking Is The Dividing Line.

Hello,

It could possibly be an OTC pill called Chlorpheniramine Maleate 4 mg; an antihistamine for sinus and cold relief. It is a round yellow pill that should have the imprint 255. However, since there is no marking on your pill, I can't be 100% certain.
