Given the description provided, I located the pill to be Benzonatate (100 mg)

It is a potent antitussive used to reduce coughing in various respiratory conditions such as asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, influenza, and pneumonia.

There is a small "Z" on the back as well, maybe it got smudged off at some point?
