I knew this one seemed familiar, but I just wasn't making the connection, then today I searched a bit differently and finally stumbled on it..

It's actually meant to be the Cobalt Laboratories logo and CR 250, because it contains 250mgs of Ciprofloxacin, which is an antibiotic.
