Round White Pill With A 57 On One Side And A Weird C Or D Or Old English T On The Other (not An R)
UpdatedI was told I was being given ativan. I expected small white pills with a 57 on one side and stylized R on the other (the Purepac logo) but these are not that. They are small white round with 57 on one side, identical up to that point but the other side has a weird backwards capital D or a C with an I in it or a weird old english font capital T (its so hard to make it out because they are so tiny) it ALMOST looks like a stylized cat eye or cyclops eye... i cannot find this pill ANYWHERE on the Internet does anyone know what it is please?

From your description, I believe what you're looking may still be a stylized R, but it is the logo used by Actavis Pharmaceuticals, it does look very unusual, especially on such a small tablet.
However, if that is the case, the tablet does contain 0.5mgs of Lorazepam, the active ingredient in Ativan.
Learn more Lorazepam details here.
It makes sense with the what you said about the stylized cats eye or cyclops eye.
Are there any other comments or questions?
after further research i can confirm it is the actavis logo. stillhavent found confirmation on what it is nut i took one ans it seems to have the same effect as ativan
This must b a newer style of pill.bec i had the same question i just looked everywhere could not find it,anywhere, but we were also told it was ativan, and it looks just like yours.so we were both told it was ativan ,it must be,but it really dont make you feel to well when you cant find its pic online.
It is the newer actavis logo, it is not a stylized R in any way. its more like 3 very tiny crescent moons all next to each other. it almost looks like a wave symbol icon, but it's definitely NOT an R of any kind at all. I did finally get confirmation from the pharmacy and also from my own testing that it is a .5 ativan, but still can't find confirmation in the form of photos or anything on the internet. the explanation is that this is a very new version of the pill, with the logo on it, whcih they have changed so it no longer looks like an R of any kind
I'm glad I found your question-I've done 3 hrs of research, and can say w/ about 79% certainty that indeed, it is a new logo. I described it as a crescent moon as well, it does look NOTHING like the old stylized R, but they have changed the logo& not let us know which is BS, b/c pharmacists make mistakes too. But I'm now 95% sure it is activas/purepac ativan.Mine are 2mgs, still have the 063&the crescent mooon is bigger. Hope my 3 hrs research help some of you
I'm glad I started this thread, then. It seems others have the same question. So, so far the consensus is that if your ativan has the same number on it but a strange crescent moon instead of the usual weird R symbol, they are still the same pill, they just look different. ativan's manurfacturer has changed the pill to put its new logo on them but they are the exact same medicine you got with the ones that have the stylized R on them. Thanks everyone who participated, this will help other people I hope.

I just got a refill of the new 2mg Purepac-Ativis lorazepam. They are not the same as the old ones with the "R". In fact I don't think they contain any active ingredient at all. All they do is make me feel sick. I haven't been able to sleep well for a week, and am experiencing withdraw symptoms.
I ALSO HAVE THESE SMALL TINY WHITE ROUND PILLS WITH A 57 ON ONESIDE AND A D OR A CRESENT MOON TYPE ON THE OTHER AND HAVE ALSO BEEN TOLD THESE ARE ATIVAN FOR PANIC ATTACKS AS WELL PLZ HAS ANYONE BEEN ABLE TO FIND APIC THANKS ALOT
Did you ask the person that prescribed it to you ????
