what you got there is co codimal containing 8 mg codein and 500 mg parecetamol which is available as an over the counter medicine
I concur that this is a co-codamol; white, circular, about 12mm diameter, 3 or 4mm thick, blank on one side, a split line on the other which separates an 'S' and a '4', 8mg codeine and 500mg paracetamol - as I am holding a pack of them just now from a UK pharmacist.
They’re co-codamol. For sure.
I’m a pharmacist. It’s the only thing they could be.
I found a white round pill with S 4 on it. Can you tell me what it is?
