That's actually meant to be a lowercase B, with the C5 and this tablet contains 1mg of Pramipexole, the active ingredient in Mirapex, it is used to treat the symptoms of Parkinson's Disease and RLS.
Side effects may include: nausea, headache, hyperalgesia and orthostatic hypotension.
