Round White Pill 4 On One Side 54 196

i got these pills, i was told they are dilaudid, is this correct? because i took one by injection and it it made me puke all day...if someone could maybe help me out and tell me why they made me so sick. thanks

These do contain 4mgs of Hydromorphone, the active ingredient in Dilaudid.

However, nausea can be one of its side effects and since pills are not intended to be dissolved and injected, that probably explains why you were so ill.

When you do that, you are injecting all of the medication, at once and it doesn't get a chance to dissolve slower, like it would if you swallowed the tablet.

You either a) got cotton fever or b) the things you used to prepare with weren't sterile and you got bacteria in your blood stream. Either way you're going to be fine. I've had mold particles in one of my shots before, made me sicker than you can possibly imagine. But if you micron filtered it and you're worried, visit your PCP.

i have been on oxycodone for 2 years. i take around 20 5mg pills a day. i want to go cold turkey. if i did is it safe and how bad would the withdrawls be?

100mg/24 hours is a considerable dose, my friend. Going cold-turkey will be a b****, and you'll likey relapse. On the other hand, no one ever died from withdrawal, even from much higher doses. They just wish they did! To avoid rapid relapse, I suggest going down by ~10-15% of your daily dose, every third day. That would likely allow you to remain fairly comfortable and functioning, though you'll feel less than great. Remember, my friend: Dropping 10% from 100mg means cutting 10mg out of your 24 hour dose. But when you get down to 50mg/day, it means dropping 5mg. This gets more complex the lower you get, but when you get down to, say 1 5 mg pill, 2X/day, (10mg/24hr) you can start cutting them into quarters and spread them out. Also, cold-turkey from 10-15mg/day isn't too bad, if you've gat a weekend off from work, you can do it. On the othe hanGood

You need to get off of this, but if you taking so much you can't just go cold turkey ... you going to be sick beyond your imagination. Tust me.

instead of injecting them, grind them into a fine powder and form the powder into a straight line on a glass mirror. Then using a tube such as a straw, suck the powder into your nose. start out with a small dose, I have been taking them this way for around 2 years now with no unpleasant side effects . also, the pill gets into the blood stream much faster so they do not take as long to kill the pain when taken this way

How can you tell someone that "your going to be fine" when someone is injecting a pill that is meant to be swallowed ? Has ever dawned on you that maybe they took to much and next time they might not be so lucky!!

Having messed around with heroin a lot in my adult life,I'd say that's a heavy habit... It would be very ugly to go "cold turkey" You could drown in your own lung mucus.... My advice... Seek out a Methadone Detox clinic... If there's a nearby one, try it !
OR...Find a doctor that will help you with a Suboxone detox...OR..If you are disciplined enough, get a pharmaceutical pill splitter and take your monthly stash...then reduce your daily intake by one half every other day... Best of luck....
